The Lumi Custom Order process is a simple, collaborative journey. We start with your order and confirmation, then work closely with you on the final design. After we proceed with production, your unique piece is shipped directly to you.

How quickly will my Lumi Journey frame be ready?

Our typical production time is 5-7 business days. Each frame is carefully crafted in our studio before being securely packaged and shipped to your door.

Khung đèn phát sáng hoạt động như thế nào?

Mỗi khung Lumi Journey được làm từ hai lớp in - một bản phác thảo ở mặt trước và một hình ảnh màu sắc sống động phía sau. Khi bật đèn LED tích hợp, hình ảnh màu sẽ chiếu sáng xuyên qua, biến tác phẩm từ nhẹ nhàng thành rực rỡ, đầy sức sống.

Đèn sáng được cấp nguồn bằng gì?

Khung đèn của chúng tôi có thể dùng nguồn điện qua cổng USB (đã bao gồm) hoặc pin AA, giúp bạn dễ dàng đặt ở bất cứ đâu. Bạn có thể cắm điện để sử dụng hàng ngày hoặc dùng pin để trưng bày không dây ở mọi nơi.

Mình có thể đặt làm theo yêu cầu hoặc thiết kế riêng được không?

Chúng tôi nhận thiết kế theo yêu cầu với số lượng giới hạn và cả các mẫu cá nhân hóa (bao gồm cả khung có ghi âm giọng nói). Hãy liên hệ với chúng tôi để trao đổi ý tưởng của bạn nhé!

Có chứ! Lumi Journey giao hàng toàn cầu. Phí vận chuyển và thời gian giao hàng sẽ được tính khi thanh toán, tùy theo địa chỉ của bạn.
