At Lumi Journey, we want to ensure your glowing art frame reaches you safely and on time. Below is a detailed guide to help you understand how we handle shipping from production to delivery.

🕐 Order Processing Times

Processing Time: 3–7 business days after production processing is complete.
Each Lumi Journey frame is carefully assembled by hand in our studio. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Cutoff Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM (ACST) will begin processing the next business day.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently offer the following options:

All domestic orders include parcel tracking.

🌏 International Shipping (Coming Soon)

We proudly ship worldwide from our studios and trusted production partners. Shipping times may vary based on customs, destination, and service conditions.

All international orders are shipped with tracking included. We currently do not ship to embargoed countries or regions with restricted postal access.

💵 Shipping Costs & Duties

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Import duties, VAT, or customs fees (for international shipments) are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.

📦 Local Pickup & Delivery

Currently, we do not offer local pickup or in-person delivery services. All orders are shipped via standard courier services.

🔁 Returns, Changes & Cancellations

Cancellations: You may cancel or update your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at lumijourneyaustralia@gmail.com.

Returns: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we only accept returns for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds/Exchanges: If your product arrives broken or faulty, we will offer a full refund or replacement. Return shipping may be required for inspection.

🔄 Service Interruptions

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Peak holiday periods
  • Customs processing times (for international orders)
  • Unexpected weather or carrier delays
  • We’ll do our best to notify you if we foresee any delays.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. If you don’t receive one within 7 business days, feel free to reach out to us.
